Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the dor123 website accessible at https://dor123.cam, including all associated sub-pages, services, features, and mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Member" / "You" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the dor123 platform and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal member account created following a successful registration on the dor123 platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback amounts, or free-spin equivalents credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under international anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance standards.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other product offered on the dor123 platform.
• "Services" means collectively all betting, gaming, and customer-support services offered by dor123, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Applicable Laws" means the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which dor123 is licensed and operates internationally.

Eligibility

Use of the dor123 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dor123 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Providing false information about your age constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person (i.e., a human individual). Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts may not register on the dor123 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register or self-exclusion program relating to gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of an employee or officer of dor123 or any of its affiliate companies.
• You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any Applicable Law in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

Account Registration

To access the full range of dor123 Services, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the dor123 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. dor123 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dor123 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify dor123 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• dor123 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or Applicable Law is suspected.
• Account registration is free of charge. No fees are levied for creating a Member Account on the dor123 platform.

KYC Verification

In accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, dor123 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawal requests can be processed. The following terms apply:

• Members must submit a government-issued photo identification document, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. The document must clearly show the Member's full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Members must submit proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months showing the Member's registered residential address.
• Members may be required to submit a selfie verification — a photograph of the Member holding their ID document alongside their face — to confirm that the account holder and the document owner are the same individual.
• KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1 to 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours (09:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week). Complex cases may take longer.
• All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted at rest and accessible only to authorized compliance personnel.
• dor123 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of a Member's account lifecycle, including during large withdrawal requests or at periodic compliance review intervals.
• Failure to complete KYC verification upon request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

dor123 supports a range of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposit and withdrawal methods to serve our Indonesian player base. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made in the Member's own name. Third-party payments — where the payment account holder differs from the registered Member — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. dor123 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Verified Members in good standing can expect withdrawals processed within 10 minutes during standard operating hours.
• dor123 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which dor123 accepts no responsibility.
• dor123 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals as part of our AML compliance obligations.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error, Members must contact customer support within 24 hours. dor123 will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous transactions but cannot guarantee recovery once funds have been processed.
• Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may be declined for security and AML compliance reasons.

Bonuses & Promotions

dor123 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this clause as well as any specific conditions published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money.
• The standard wagering requirement for Welcome Bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements for reload bonuses and seasonal promotions may vary.
• Only real-money bets placed from the Account balance contribute toward meeting wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are used first when both real-money and Bonus balances are present, unless the platform specifies otherwise for a given promotion.
• Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements carry an expiry period of 30 calendar days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• dor123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable fair-play considerations for Members who have already commenced wagering under that promotion.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Systematic exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage across multiple accounts, or collusion — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any funds withdrawn as a result of such activity.
• Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Specific terms for these promotions are published on the platform at the time of the promotion.
• Maximum withdrawal from winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds (without a qualifying real-money deposit) is capped at Rp 5,000,000 unless the promotion terms explicitly state a higher limit.

Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the dor123 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dor123 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of a clearly documented technical error on the platform's side.
• dor123 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known to the Member at the time of placing the bet, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or inside information.
• For sports betting — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, Asian handicap (voor bola) lines, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — specific sport-by-sport rules apply and are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• For live casino games, the rules of each individual game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, etc.) are governed by the game provider's official rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between platform text and in-game rules, the in-game rules take precedence.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, results are determined by official draw outcomes from recognized reference sources. Draw schedules and payout tables are displayed within the togel product section.
• For slot games, the Return to Player (RTP) percentages are determined by the game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming) and apply over statistically significant volumes of play. Short-session results may vary materially from published RTP figures.
• dor123 maintains detailed transaction and game logs for a minimum of five (5) years. In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome or account transaction, these logs constitute the authoritative record.
• Winnings from esports betting markets (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) are subject to the same withdrawal and wagering rules as all other bet types. Esports markets may be suspended or modified at short notice in response to tournament schedule changes.

Responsible Gaming

dor123 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Members with the tools necessary to manage their gaming activity safely. The following provisions reflect our responsible gaming obligations:

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days after the increase request is submitted (cooling-off period applies).
• Members may request a temporary time-out (cooling-off period) ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the Member's account is suspended for betting and deposit activity.
• Members who feel their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent closure of the Member's account. A self-excluded Member may not reopen or create a new account.
• dor123 reserves the right to proactively contact Members whose betting patterns exhibit signs associated with problem gambling, such as extended sessions, rapidly escalating stake sizes, or repeated attempts to withdraw and re-deposit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dor123 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with dor123.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using the dor123 platform for any money-laundering activity, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates international financial crime regulations.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorization.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits made to the platform through your bank or payment provider. Members who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and outstanding balances withheld pending investigation.
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any content from the dor123 platform without prior written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support and will be voided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dor123 platform — including but not limited to the dor123 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other original works — is the exclusive intellectual property of dor123 or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written authorization from dor123.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the dor123 platform.
• Creating derivative works based on dor123 content or branding.
• Using the dor123 name, logo, or branding in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, dor123 limits its liability as follows:

• dor123 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• dor123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if dor123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• dor123's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• dor123 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions that affect a Member's access to the platform.
• dor123 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. All betting activity carries inherent financial risk, and Members are solely responsible for the bets they choose to place.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dor123 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions — or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof — shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where good-faith negotiation fails to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute being delivered by either party, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents dor123 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.

Amendments

dor123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the following process applies:

• The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
• Where the changes are material — i.e., they affect Member rights with respect to withdrawals, bonus conditions, or account closure — dor123 will provide a minimum of 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the Member's account.
• Continued use of the dor123 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms in full.
• If you do not agree to the revised Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact customer support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
